Owner and Instructor

My name is Andrew, and I started Liberty Arms Training because of my passion for firearms and the belief that anyone who can legally own a firearm should own one. I want to educate people about weapon safety and the use of handguns. Carrying a handgun is a big responsibility and should not be taken lightly. You should feel confident in your ability if you have to use your weapon to protect your family or oneself. My goal is to make you feel comfortable about handling and being around firearms. 

I was in the Marine Corps for five years, I traveled to some excellent (and not-so-lovely). While in the Marines, I attended a variety of training programs. I also had the pleasure of cross-training with foreign militaries, teaching tactics, and learning how other countries train and operate. 

After returning to Minnesota, I realized the need to teach people about responsible handgun ownership. A common theme I noticed is people's fear of something they do not know. Handguns are no different; people fear guns because they do not know how to use them properly.

I am ALWAYS learning and improving my skills and knowledge about firearms. I want you to take away helpful information from my classes and training. I also would love to learn something from my participants. I hope to see you soon; contact me with any questions you have.
